When your account is deactivated you will forfeit all PermAds and PermAds Points associated with that account. No refunds will be given.

PROHIBITED ADS: Ads containing material or links to material which is fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, racist, abusive, threatening, hateful, invasive of a person's privacy, intended to harm a person physically or emotionally, or is otherwise in violation of any law are expressly prohibited. Any accounts found hosting prohibited ads may be subject to deactivation.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS: Having multiple accounts for a single user is expressly prohibited. Sets of multiple accounts found to be associated with a single user may be subject to deactivation.

INDEMNITY: You remain solely responsible for the content of your ads. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of PermAds.com, any related websites, its staff, and its subsidiaries.

PERMANENCE: PermAds was formed around the principle of permanent advertising. While the PermAds website continues to maintain its online presence and while you continue to abide by the entirety of these Terms and Conditions, PermAds guarantees that your ads will remain online. While PermAds will make every effort to maintain its online presence forever, PermAds makes no guarantee of such and will not be held liable should PermAds need to shut down due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this situation ever arise all PermAds accounts will be deactivated and all PermAds and PermAds Points will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.

PRIVACY: PermAds agrees not to release any of your personal information to any third party. However, PermAds does reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this site.

Your continued usage of PermAds after account creation means that you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth above.
